Logistics Manager

Logistics Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Logistics Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure seamless and cost-effective shipments into and out of the UAE. Responsibilities include the following.

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations including import/export, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products across AMEA markets.
• Ensure compliance with UAE and international trade regulations, customs requirements, and documentation.
• Develop and improve logistics processes, KPIs, and reporting systems.
• Negotiate contracts and service agreements with logistics providers.
• Lead and support logistics team to achieve operational targets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. 
• The role includes ensuring compliance with company policies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.

• Preferred Qualifications
• • Experience in regional logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE customs procedures and international shipping regulations.
  • Good leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across the AMEA region.
