About Our Client

Our client is a reputable FMCG company with regional operations.

Job Description

Lead and manage end-to-end logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations across all locations.
Ensure timely and cost-effective transportation, stock transfers, and order fulfillment to meet business and customer requirements.
Oversee inventory management activities including stock accuracy, reconciliations, cycle counts, and adherence to FIFO/FEFO standards.
Manage relationships and performance of 3PL providers, transporters, warehouses, and co-packers to ensure agreed service levels.
Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives across logistics operations.
Ensure effective coordination with Supply Chain, Sales, Production, Finance, Quality, and external stakeholders.
Lead, coach, and develop the logistics team while promoting a culture of accountability, safety, and high performance.
Monitor logistics KPIs, operational risks, and compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelors degree in supply chain, Logistics, or related field.
Minimum 7 years in logistics or warehouse operations within FMCG.
