As a Logistics Inventory Support professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of inventory management within our logistics department. Responsibilities

  • Monitor inventory levels routinely to ensure stock availability aligns with demand.

  • Identify discrepancies in inventory records and investigate underlying causes.
  • Assist in the development of inventory management procedures and policies.
  • Utilize inventory management software to track and manage warehouse stock levels.
  • Prepare detailed inventory reports for management to aid in decision-making.
  • Collaborate with warehouse personnel to ensure smooth operation of logistics functions.
  • Oversee the movement and storage of goods within the warehouse environment.
  • Support in planning and executing inventory cycle counts and stock takes.
  • Resolve inventory-related issues and provide solutions to prevent future problems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and inventory control standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in logistics and inventory management roles.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management and enterprise resource planning software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
