Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Logistics Expert to join our team at 13F25. As a Logistics Expert, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising our supply chain operations, ensuring the efficient and timely distribution of products. You will coordinate with various departments, stakeholders, and external partners to streamline processes and resolve any logistical challenges. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in logistics management, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle complex projects. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage reordering processes to prevent shortages.
  • Analyze and improve transportation processes to reduce costs and enhance performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align logistics activities with company goals.
  • Identify and resolve logistical challenges through strategic planning and negotiation.
  • Implement safety and compliance measures according to industry standards and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and prepare detailed reports.
  • Evaluate logistics service providers and negotiate favorable terms for services.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics operations efficiency.
  • Use technology and software solutions to enhance logistics tracking and management.
  • Train and mentor logistics team members to develop their skills and capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics software, tools, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in managing logistics operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
