About Us

Keeta, the international subsidiary of Meituan—the global delivery giant—is on a mission to transform food and consumer product delivery worldwide. What Youll Do

• Monitor rider activities online, identify and address abnormal behaviors, and provide phone guidance to enhance service quality. 2. Assist in collecting and responding to frequently asked questions from partners, coordinate with relevant departments, and document common Q&A to improve communication efficiency. 3. Participate in logistics experience improvement projects by providing data collection, processing, and analysis support to ensure smooth project execution.
  
  

• Undergraduate student or full-time Masters/MBA student. 2. Fluent in English, Urdu or Hindi, with strong communication skills. 3. Excellent interpersonal and coordination abilities.4. Quick learner, proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented.
