Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure efficient warehousing and distribution.
  • Maintain positive relationships with suppliers, customers, and transport companies for effective operations.
  • Optimize logistics processes to achieve cost reduction and service improvement goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex logistics and supply chain challenges.
  • Analyze data to identify inefficiencies and drive enhancements in all logistics activities.
  • Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations affecting logistics.
  • Prepare reports and provide actionable insights to senior management on logistics performance.
  • Conduct risk assessments and engage in contingency planning for logistics operations.
  • Supervise and train logistics personnel to boost their performance and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems effectively.
  • Utilize advance software and analytics to enhance logistics and supply chain management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills essential for this role.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Solid knowledge of logistics software and industry-standard methodologies.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
