Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
• Prepare and review logistics documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork,
• Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to resolve shipment issues or delays
• Track and monitor shipments; update internal systems and delivery status and shipment records.
• Schedule and optimize transportation routes to reduce costs and improve efficiency
• Assist with import/export compliance, including HS code verification and regulatory requirements
• Resolve logistics problems such as damaged goods, shipment discrepancies, and carrier performance issues

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of supply chain, transportation, and logistics operations
• Knowledge of import/export regulations and customs documentation
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple shipments and deadlines
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
