Position Summary:

As a Logistics Coordinator, Quick Ship, you will coordinate daily logistics and shipping activities to ensure the timely, accurate, and cost-effective movement of materials and finished goods. You will support export and import operations by preparing shipment documentation, collaborating with internal teams and logistics partners, and ensuring compliance with applicable trade regulations and customer requirements.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Coordinate outbound shipments and support logistics operations to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
  • Prepare and process shipping documentation for export and domestic shipments.
  • Collaborate with freight forwarders and logistics service providers to coordinate collections and deliveries.
  • Review customer orders and shipping requirements to ensure accurate shipment execution.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to obtain complete and accurate shipping instructions.
  • Generate shipping documentation through internal systems and maintain accurate shipment records.
  • Prepare customs documentation and support clearance processes in compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Partner with Warehouse, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure on-time shipment readiness and dispatch.
  • Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to stakeholders and customers.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, export control regulations, and international trade requirements.
  • Process freight invoices and assist in resolving discrepancies with suppliers.
  • Support investigation and resolution of shipment-related issues and delivery exceptions.
  • Maintain logistics data and documentation within company systems.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance logistics efficiency and customer service.
  • Adhere to Health, Safety & Environment policies as laid by the organization.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and manage logistics operations effectively.
  • Understanding of shipping documentation and logistics processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and external partners.
  • Basic knowledge of international trade or export/import processes.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Experience supporting logistics, supply chain, or shipping operations.
  • Familiarity with logistics systems or platforms (such as shipment tracking or documentation tools).
  • Knowledge of customs documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to identify process improvements and drive efficiency initiatives.
