Job Details

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced full-time Litigation Attorney to join our Insurance Defense/Tort department.

We are seeking an attorney with a minimum of 3 years insurance litigation experience, with exceptional writing and analytical skills.

The position involves drafting and reviewing pleadings, evaluating cases, responding to discovery, preparing and arguing motions, attending hearings, depositions, mediations, meetings with clients, as well as negotiating settlements.

Candidates must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar in good standing.

The ideal candidate will also have a strong work ethic, be highly organized and communicate well.
