Job Details

We are seeking a skilled litigation associate with 2+ years of experience to join our commercial litigation team. The ideal candidate will be able to manage complex disputes and contribute at every stage of litigation. Key responsibilities include:

Conducting written and document discovery, including review and analysis of electronically stored information
Drafting pleadings, memoranda, and dispositive and non-dispositive motions
Preparing for, taking, and defending depositions
Assisting with witness preparation and trial strategy
Performing legal research and providing strategic recommendations
Collaborating closely with partners and clients while also managing independent responsibilities
Participating in high-stakes matters

Qualifications

Admission to the MA, NY or CT Bar required
4–5 years of relevant litigation experience in law firm or clerkship settings
Strong analytical, writing, and case-management skills
Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
