- Explain secondary sales process, pricing, and market realities to clients
- Handle tricky questions, objections, and price expectation gaps confidently
- Manage and pacify challenging or upset clients with the right tone and professionalism
- Convert property owners into listings and coordinate with internal teams
- Experience in real estate tele-sales
- Fluency in English & 1 or more languages
- Strong communication, confidence, and problem-solving skills
- Calm, professional, and client-focused approach
