Lifting Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Lifting Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating lifting operations on residential and commercial building projects to ensure safety and efficiency.

Job Responsibility

• Carry out risk assessments and create lifting plans for different types of loads.
• Supervise lifting operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and other team members to execute lifting tasks effectively.
• Conduct regular inspections of lifting equipment and ensure maintenance and repairs are carried out as needed.
• Train and mentor team members on safe lifting practices and procedures.
  
  

• Prior experience working as a Lifting Supervisor on residential and commercial building projects.
• In-depth knowledge of lifting equipment, rigging techniques, and safety procedures.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively coordinate lifting operations.
• Ability to identify potential risks and implement preventive measures.
• Certification in rigging and lifting operations is preferred.

• Proficiency in using lifting equipment and tools
• In-depth understanding of safety regulations and procedures related to lifting operations

• Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with project requirements
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Physical strength and stamina to oversee lifting operations
• Certification in rigging and lifting operations (preferred)
