About The Role

Take your aviation career to new heights with our Licensed Flight Dispatcher Graduate Programme. This 18-month journey prepares you to become a GCAA-licensed Flight Dispatcher, a critical role at the heart of Emirates’ Network Control Centre.

As a dispatcher, you will help plan, monitor and support flights across the globe. From fuel and route planning to real-time coordination with pilots, you’ll gain the technical skills and certifications needed to ensure every flight operates safely, efficiently and on time.

You’ll work in a high-pressure environment, overseeing up to 45 flights per shift, supporting captains, and making rapid decisions when challenges arise — all under the supervision of senior operations experts.

This is a safety-sensitive role that includes 12-hour shift rotations and hands-on exposure to Emirates’ world-class flight operations.

What You’ll Do

• Learn how to plan safe and cost-efficient flight routes.
• Calculate fuel, analyse weather conditions and apply aviation safety regulations.
• Support pilots from briefing to landing, including real-time decision-making.
• File ATC flight plans and produce briefing materials for cockpit crews.
• Monitor flights in progress and respond to diversions or delays.
• Liaise with air traffic control, airport agents, and ground teams globally.
• Participate in disruption management and quality assurance checks.
• Work towards becoming a GCAA-licensed Flight Dispatcher.
  
  

Qualification

Who We’re Looking For

Emiratization (Male applicants only)

Age: 27 or below

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management

CGPA: Minimum 3.0

Experience: Up to 2 years post graduation

English Fluency: IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL 550

National Service: Completed or exempted

Work Environment

This Is a Safety-sensitive Role That Includes

• Day and night shifts on a 12-hour roster (06:00–18:00 and 18:00–06:00)
• Working days: 2-day shifts, 2-night shifts, 1 rest day, 3 days off
