I’m helping Boogie Staffing Agency find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Legal Virtual Case Manager – English & Spanish Speaker (Remote, PST Hours).

What makes you a strong candidate:

  • You have +2 years experience in Legal case, Case management.
  • You are proficient in Personal injury law, Microsoft Excel, Legal document preparation, Google Workspace, Calendar management.
  • Spanish - Conversational
  • English - Fully fluent


Responsibilities and more:

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and edit legal documents (e.g., complaints, discovery, HIPAA authorizations, service agreements).
  • Upload, label, and organize case files in Filevine or similar systems.
  • Track and enter court hearing dates from online portals (e.g., LA, Riverside, and Orange County courts).
  • Follow up with medical providers for records and billing; file documents accurately and on time.
  • Manage attorneys’ calendars: track deadlines, set reminders, and schedule hearings or client calls.
  • Communicate with treatment providers, court staff, and clients professionally.
  • Send templated emails and documents for signatures and case updates.


Requirements:


  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in legal, case management, or administrative support.
  • Fluent in English (advanced) — both written and spoken.
  • Spanish (intermediate to advanced) strongly preferred.
  • Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong communication and follow-through skills under deadlines.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, Excel, and online court portals.
  • Experience with case management systems (Filevine, Clio, or similar) is a plus.
  • Ability to work PST, Monday–Friday (with 1-hour unpaid lunch).
