Summary: We are looking for a Legal Intern to support the Legal Department with the day-to-day execution of core legal activities across brand protection, intellectual property, corporate governance, and commercial contracting. The role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in intellectual property and brand protection, corporate and commercial law, and the practicalities of running an in-house legal function within a leading global cosmetics company.
Please note that this role is a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Brand Protection & Intellectual Property
Support online enforcement activity for anti-counterfeiting and other brand enforcement matters
Prepare and maintain case reporting and tracking for the General Counsel and senior management
Support global intellectual property registrations, renewals, and assignments
Maintain structured records of enforcement activity, evidence, and correspondence
Corporate
Consolidate, update, track, and report on powers of attorney, board resolutions, and shareholder resolutions
Support governance frameworks, including the companys delegation of authority
Assist with local legal entity filings and submissions globally
Commercial & Contract Management
Support the contract lifecycle management system and contract archive
Reinforce contract compliance requirements under Huda Beautys contract policies
Assist with digitisation and maintenance of legacy contracts
Legal Research & Training
Provide legal research support across intellectual property, corporate, and commercial law
Support internal Legal training for new joiners and business stakeholders
Assist with maintaining Legal know-how and guidance materials
Administrative Support
Provide administrative support to help the Legal team operate efficiently
Support meeting coordination, document control, and day-to-day Legal operations
Requirements
Strong interest in pursuing a legal career; a law degree or professional qualification is advantageous
Strong interest in intellectual property, brand protection, corporate or commercial law
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
A collaborative, team-player mindset with a proactive and positive attitude
