You‘ll make a difference by

• Supporting the Legal Team in reviewing, drafting, and organizing commercial contracts and legal documentation.
• Conducting legal research on UAE laws and regulations and preparing concise summaries for the legal team.
• Assisting with corporate governance and regulatory matters across the Middle East region.
• Supporting the preparation of legal presentations, reports, and internal guidance materials.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders and legal colleagues while gaining practical experience in an international corporate environment.
  
  

Your success is grounded in

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) or an equivalent law degree at a university in the UAE.
• You have a strong interest in commercial, corporate, or technology law and are eager to develop your legal skills.
• You possess excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
• You communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken; Arabic is an advantage.
• You are proactive, well-organized, and enjoy working collaboratively in a diverse and international team.
