Job Description

Manage and represent cases before Saudi courts (excluding labour disputes) and quasi-judicial committees.
Provide comprehensive legal advice on day-to-day business operations from a Saudi law perspective, including contract review, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation.
Handle complex property issues such as expropriation, land ownership disputes, compensation for private land use by public entities, and interpretation of legal instruments related to state-owned lands.
Liaise with key government authorities, ensuring compliance and effective resolution of real estate-related matters.
Prepare pleadings, legal opinions, and advisory notes with strong Arabic drafting skills, ensuring accuracy and alignment with Saudi legal frameworks.

The Successful Applicant

Must be a Saudi National with a bachelors degree in law, from a university in KSA and GPA of 3/4 or 4/5 and above.
Experience in Saudi Law across litigation (non-labour), land-related matters, and governmental engagements; ideally with exposure to quasi-judicial committees.
3 - 6 years of experience, gained in reputable law firms, large corporates, or government entities.
Ability to provide practical, business-focused legal advice and interpret complex legal instruments related to real estate and state-owned lands.
Must be licensed to practice in KSA or possess an SASL certification
Must be fluent in both English and Arabic, including the ability to draft in both.
