About Our Client

Our client is a well-established organisation in the industrial manufacturing sector. As a large organisation, they are committed to maintaining legal compliance and fostering a professional work environment.

Job Description

Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including supply, distribution, and marketing contracts
Provide legal advice to global marketing teams, particularly on licensing and brand partnerships
Manage and protect the global trademark portfolio, including registrations and enforcement
Support compliance programmes and advise on risk management across multiple jurisdictions
Lead or support dispute resolution matters across the EMEA region
Contribute to strategic projects including new market entry and M&A activity
Improve legal processes, templates, and deliver training to internal stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

Minimum 5-7 years' PQE in-house or within private practice
Strong commercial legal experience, including exposure to intellectual property/trademarks
Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working independently within a multicultural, international business
