Legal Consultant

The Legal Consultant provides expert legal advice and support to clients or internal departments on a range of issues, including contracts, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and dispute resolution. This role requires a thorough understanding of local laws and international legal standards. The ideal candidate should be analytical, discreet, and capable of delivering sound legal solutions that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Offer legal counsel on commercial, corporate, labor, and regulatory matters.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.

• Advise on company policies and ensure legal compliance with applicable laws.

• Assist with dispute resolution, litigation management, and risk assessment.

• Provide support during mergers, acquisitions, and legal due diligence.

• Research and interpret laws, regulations, and precedents relevant to cases.

• Monitor changes in legislation and update internal teams accordingly.

• Represent clients or the company in discussions with external legal bodies.

• Maintain legal documentation and prepare reports for senior management.

• Coordinate with external legal advisors as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law from a recognized institution.

• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

• Minimum 5 years of legal experience, preferably in a consulting or corporate environment.

• Strong knowledge of commercial, contract, and corporate law.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Skilled in legal writing and negotiation.

• High attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.

• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
