3-6mth Contract – Upstream Oil and Gas Lawyer (National Oil Company - UAE)

A major national oil company headquartered in the UAE is seeking a qualified lawyer with substantial experience in upstream oil and gas transactions to advise on exploration and production agreements, joint operating agreements, farm-in and farm-out arrangements, and production sharing contracts. The successful candidate will sit within the companys in-house legal division and work closely with internal commercial teams and international joint venture partners on complex cross-border matters throughout the Gulf region. Candidates should have a minimum of 4–8 years post-qualification experience and demonstrable expertise in the upstream sector.

6mth Contract – Energy Projects and Project Finance Lawyer (Renewable Energy Developer - UAE)

A leading renewable energy and utilities developer based in Dubai is seeking a lawyer with strong experience in energy project development and project finance, including advising on EPC contracts, power purchase agreements, concession agreements, and associated financing arrangements. The successful candidate will join the companys legal and governance function and be involved in some of the regions most significant renewable energy, LNG, and conventional power projects. Candidates should have a minimum of 5-10 years post-qualification experience and a solid grounding in project finance documentation and construction contracts.

6-9mth Contract– Downstream and Petrochemicals Lawyer (International Petrochemicals Company - UAE)

A global petrochemicals and refining company with regional headquarters in the UAE seeks a lawyer with experience in downstream oil and gas, petrochemicals, and related infrastructure projects. The role sits within the companys in-house legal team and will involve advising on offtake agreements, feedstock supply arrangements, refinery and petrochemical plant developments, and associated joint venture structures. Candidates should have a minimum of 4–8 years post-qualification experience and familiarity with the commercial and regulatory frameworks applicable to downstream operations in the Middle East.
