Am100 Law Firm seeks to add an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to support a team of Transactional and Litigation practice Attorneys! An ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a law firm setting handling Transactional and Litigation matters. This position is great for someone that considers themselves proactive, motivated and extremely well-organized! Ability to work fully on-site in Philadelphia is a MUST for this position!

Job Details

Requirements:
5+ years of Transactional and Litigation experience within a law firm setting
Previous experience supporting in Attorneys in one or more of the following matters:

• ESOP Transactions and Services
• Employment Litigation
• Commercial Litigation
• Employee Benefits and Execute Compensation
• Energy
