Your New Role!  

We are currently seeking an academic Lecturer (Level B) or Senior Lecturer (Level C) in Leadership, Management and Marketing to join Murdoch University’s Dubai campus and contribute to excellence in teaching, research, and scholarly activities within their discipline.

The successful candidate will deliver high-quality teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate programs, undertake impactful research, and contribute to curriculum development, student success, and academic leadership. Depending on level, the role may involve leading research, scholarly and professional activities, supervising staff and students, coordinating academic programs, and contributing to the administrative and strategic objectives of the School, with Senior Lecturers expected to demonstrate leadership and make a significant contribution to their discipline at a national level.

This position includes appointment as Subject Lead for Leadership, Management and Marketing. In this role, you will provide academic leadership and contribute to curriculum development, teaching excellence, quality assurance, accreditation requirements, and the ongoing growth and strategic direction of the subject area, aligned with Murdoch University's strategic priorities.

What We Offer You!

This is a fixed-term, full-time appointments for an initial three-year term. The nominal workload profile is expected to be approximately 85% teaching/service/leadership and 15% research, providing a strong focus on teaching while supporting ongoing research, scholarship, and professional contribution.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Doctoral qualification or equivalent professional experience in Leadership, Management, Marketing or a related discipline.
• Professional industry engagement and connections with relevant professional bodies are desirable.
• Demonstrated research, scholarship and/or industry experience relevant to the discipline and appointment level.
• Ability to deliver engaging teaching across face-to-face, blended and online learning environments.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with academic colleagues and support curriculum quality, assessment integrity and student outcomes.
