The Leasing Manager is responsible for overseeing all leasing operations within a property management division. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field.
• At least five years of leasing experience in a managerial role is required.
• Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and legal requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to meet or exceed leasing targets.
