Responsibilities

• Show available properties to prospective tenants and highlight key features.
• Provide accurate rental information and guidance about lease policies to clients.
• Assess the potential tenants' needs and financial qualifications for leasing.
• Negotiate leasing terms and close deals to ensure rental of properties.
• Ensure properties are well-maintained, clean, and ready for showing to new tenants.
• Compile and maintain proper records of all leasing transactions and client interactions.
• Manage lease renewals and execute proper documentation in a timely manner.
• Collaborate effectively with the property management team and landlords.
• Prepare and execute leasing contracts and collect necessary documents from clients.
• Follow up on inquiries and provide top-notch customer service to prospects.
• Assist marketing team in promoting properties and developing advertising strategies.
• Engage in market research to stay informed of industry trends and changes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in real estate is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Leasing Agent or in a similar sales role.
• Strong understanding of the rental market and its current trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Outstanding customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required for property visits.
