Job Description

The Learning & Development Executive plays a crucial role in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that foster the personal and professional growth of employees. This role involves working closely with various departments to identify training needs and deliver solutions that align with organizational goals. As a Learning & Development Executive, you will be tasked with creating impactful learning experiences through various methodologies, ensuring that employees not only acquire new skills but also feel empowered and engaged in their roles. This position requires a keen understanding of adult learning principles, an ability to leverage technology to enhance learning, and a passion for facilitating continuous improvement in workforce capabilities.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments to identify the training and development needs of employees.
  • Develop and design comprehensive learning programs that address skill gaps.
  • Coordinate with departmental heads to ensure training aligns with business objectives.
  • Implement innovative training methodologies, including e-learning and blended learning.
  • Evaluate training programs' effectiveness and make necessary adjustments for improvement.
  • Facilitate workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions as needed.
  • Manage the execution of training events, including logistics and participant communications.
  • Create and maintain a central knowledge base for all training materials and resources.
  • Analyze feedback and data to refine training strategies and outcomes continuously.
  • Stay informed about new and emerging learning trends and technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations within training programs.
  • Collaborate with external training vendors to source supplemental training resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in learning and development or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design principles.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage learners.
  • Capability to manage multiple training projects within tight deadlines effectively.
  • Proven analytical skills to assess training needs and program effectiveness.
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
