We’re looking for an experienced Learning Designer to join the Amdocs L&D global team. In this role, you’ll design and deliver impactful digital learning experiences that empower our people to continuously upskill and stay ahead in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. What will your job look like?

• Partner closely with Subject Matter Experts, Product Managers, and business stakeholders to deeply understand technologies, products, tools, and real-world use cases.
• Analyze learner needs across roles, levels, and technical backgrounds to craft accurate, relevant, and engaging learning solutions
• Design and develop end-to-end digital learning experiences, including e-learning modules, presentations, videos, simulations, interactive guides, learning paths, and AI-enhanced learning assets.
• Define clear learning objectives and measurable success indicators that align with business priorities.
• Utilize GenAI tools to elevate content creation, streamline workflows, and enhance learning experience design.
• Create, upload, and maintain learning materials within the LMS, ensuring high quality and continuous improvement.
  
  

• B.A /M.A. in Learning Technologies, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Learning Design, Instructional Design, Product Training, or eLearning development — preferably in a technical or SaaS environment.
• Strong grasp of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Hands-on experience with learning and content creation tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise, Genially, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proven experience collaborating with SMEs and ensuring content accuracy and clarity.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
• Experience working with LMS platforms.
• Experience using AI tools for content creation and learning design — a strong advantage.
