Responsibilities

• Manage the technical aspects of multiple offshore projects concurrently and efficiently.
• Collaborate with fabricators, contractors, and other stakeholders in project execution.
• Develop project schedules and monitor project progress against key milestones.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff.
• Prepare detailed project reports, technical documents, and proposals for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve design and construction issues.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and engineering quality standards are strictly adhered to.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor offshore construction activities as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in structural engineering for offshore projects.
• Strong knowledge of offshore engineering codes, standards, and regulations.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing complex engineering projects.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
