Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in structural engineering with offshore projects.
• Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring engineering teams.

• Strong expertise in structural analysis and design software tools.
