As a Lead Services Specialist – you will be leading and executing Geo Pathways and projects by engaging with Cross Functional Business Partners.

As a Lead Services Specialist - ARMO, you will be responsible for:


  • Driving Targets, Measuring & supporting pathways cost reduction, monitor and reports AMO cost savings
  • Engaging with AMO Managers & Technicians on Shop Floor to drive Targets and Pathways
  • Monitoring and reporting KPI: Order Efficiency, Labor Utilization, Throughput, Days-in Repair etc. and action on pathways to improve these KPI
  • Ensuring compliance with HSE procedures and requirements within the AMO team as well as promoting and contributing to HSE culture
  • Being the primary link between Service Delivery and AMO
  • Prioritizing and assigning workload within the team as per demand from Service Delivery
  • Supervising of staff, allocation and pre-approval of overtime when required, payroll approvals, leave requests, absence management, HSE investigations, employee development.
  • Contributing to the continual improvement of processes and procedures throughout the AMO process
  • Ensuring that the team perform tasks and duties in line with all AMO policies and procedures
  • Leading the team to ensure all AMO expectations are being met; HSE, Quality, Digital Tools productivity and efficiency

To be successful in this role you will:


  • Have an engineering bachelors studies
  • Have 10 years of experience along with 5 years in a Supervisory role
  • Have proficient IT skills such as Microsoft Office and SAP
  • Have good oral and written communication skills
  • Have good interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Be able to influence others and lead small teams
  • Be able to coordinate several projects simultaneously
