Job Description
- Lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of enterprise IT infrastructure, networks and cloud environments.
- Develop and maintain cybersecurity governance, incident response processes, vulnerability management programmes and disaster recovery capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies and industry best practices while proactively managing technology risk.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide strategic recommendations to enhance operational efficiency, security and scalability.
- Manage vendor relationships, monitor service delivery and contribute to budgeting, reporting and performance optimisation initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
- 7-10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity or related technology leadership roles.
- Strong expertise across networks, servers, cloud platforms, infrastructure operations and security technologies.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, ITIL and/or Microsoft Azure certification are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated project delivery, stakeholder management, leadership and problem-solving capabilities
- Opportunity to lead critical infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives within a growing organisation.
- Exposure to enterprise-wide technology transformation projects and strategic decision-making.
