VirtuCruit is a subscription-based recruitment solution designed for startups, SMEs, and growing companies. Acting as an embedded recruitment partner, we manage the end-to-end hiring process, helping businesses scale quickly without the high costs of traditional recruitment agencies.

We are seeking a commercially driven B2B Lead Generator to join our fully remote team. This role focuses on connecting VirtuCruit with businesses that are scaling and need recruitment support, creating qualified opportunities for our sales team.

Role Overview

The Lead Generator will research and target businesses, initiate conversations with decision-makers, and generate qualified B2B leads. You will be the first point of contact between VirtuCruit and prospective clients, playing a vital role in driving growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target companies (startups, SMEs, and mid-sized businesses) that are scaling and likely to require recruitment support.
  • Reach out to founders, HR managers, and senior stakeholders via LinkedIn, email, and calls to present VirtuCruits subscription model.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their hiring needs, growth stage, and decision-making process.
  • Build and maintain a structured B2B lead pipeline and update CRM records with all outreach activity.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to refine messaging, targeting, and market positioning.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs related to lead generation, qualification, and conversion.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B lead generation, business development, or inside sales experience, preferably in recruitment, SaaS, or subscription-based services.
  • Proven ability to connect with business decision-makers and convert outreach into qualified opportunities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and outreach tools.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and driven to meet commercial targets in a remote environment.
  • Curious about recruitment, HR technology, and startup growth dynamics.
