Lead Generation And Sales Development Executive - International B2B

About the role

We are looking for a results-driven professional to generate international B2B leads, execute multichannel outreach campaigns and develop qualified sales opportunities using AI tools, automation and modern sales platforms.

• Identify and target international companies requiring EOR, workforce management, staffing, payroll and HR outsourcing services.
• Research decision-makers and build verified prospect databases across the US, UK, Europe and Asia.
• Execute cold email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, WhatsApp follow-ups and cold calling.
• Use AI tools and sales automation to streamline prospecting, personalize outreach and manage follow-ups.
• Identify global EOR providers, recruitment agencies and outsourcing companies for potential partnerships.
• Qualify leads, engage prospects and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
• Manage CRM pipelines, optimize outreach campaigns and consistently achieve lead generation and sales development targets.

• 2–4 years of proven experience in international B2B lead generation, outreach and sales development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI-powered lead generation tools, email marketing and outreach automation platforms, and CRM systems.
• Proven ability to build and manage targeted cold email campaigns and multichannel outreach strategies.
• Experience identifying international decision-makers and converting prospects into qualified sales meetings.
• Strong understanding of email deliverability, lead qualification, campaign performance and sales pipeline management.
• Excellent English communication, research and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in EOR, staffing, recruitment or HR outsourcing is preferred.
