Lead AI Business Consultant
About The Role
We are looking for a Lead AI Business Consultant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is a senior, client‑facing consulting role for professionals who excel at the front end of client engagements, shaping demand, framing business problems, and leading executive‑level conversations around AI‑enabled transformation.
This role is not delivery‑led. Success here means being the first consultant through the door, helping clients understand why AI matters, where it creates value, and what problems are worth solving, before solutions are designed or delivered.
You will act as the strategic bridge between our customers and our AI engineering teams, owning the commercial and advisory narrative from early discussions through to winning client approval.
We are particularly interested in candidates from strategic consultancies and top‑tier consulting firms and leading strategy houses.
What You’ll Do
- Lead front‑end, client‑facing engagements, owning early‑stage conversations with senior business and executive stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor to C‑suite and senior leaders, helping articulate business challenges and opportunities where AI can create measurable value.
- Shape and lead pre‑sales conversations, including discovery workshops, executive briefings, and value‑focused discussions.
- Define AI‑enabled business use cases, problem statements, and transformation roadmaps aligned to strategic and commercial outcomes.
- Translate business priorities into clear, well‑structured briefs for AI and engineering teams.
- Lead and shape winning proposals, from opportunity framing and value narrative through to executive‑level pitches and client sign‑off.
- Develop business cases, ROI narratives, and investment justifications to support client decision‑making.
- Partner closely with technical teams to ensure alignment between business intent and technical execution.
- Stay informed on AI, GenAI, and digital transformation trends, with a focus on business impact rather than technical depth.
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, or senior business advisory roles.
- Background in strategic consultancy strongly preferred.
- Proven experience leading pre‑sales, advisory, or early‑stage transformation conversations with enterprise clients.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, shape, and win client proposals, from initial opportunity framing through to executive‑level pitch and client sign‑off.
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
- Strong ability to build value‑driven narratives, business cases, and strategic recommendations.
- High emotional intelligence, executive presence, and a strong commercial mindset.
Nice to have:
Exposure to AI, data, digital, or advanced analytics initiatives, ideally within a consulting or transformation context.
Why Join Us?
- Play a front‑row role in shaping AI‑driven transformations, not just delivering them.
- Work directly with senior decision‑makers on high‑impact, strategic initiatives.
- Operate at the intersection of strategy consulting and AI innovation.
- Collaborate with expert AI engineering teams while owning the business and commercial narrative.
- Be part of a forward‑thinking, collaborative environment in one of the world’s fastest‑growing innovation hubs.
