What Youll Do

You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

• You will be responsible for assisting in overseeing of the Uniform and Linen operations to ensure our guests and colleagues receive nothing but the best experience.
• You will oversee the daily shift operations of the department to ensure all areas are covered and processes are followed.
• You will work with the external laundry provider to ensure the timely pickup and delivery of guest laundry, uniforms, rooms linen, spa, pool, gym and Food & Beverage linen.
• You will complete inspections of returned items to ensure they are cleaned correctly, no stains, damage and holds people accountable for corrective action.
• You will collect and deliver guest laundry as per Lana standards to ensure guest satisfaction.
• You will conduct inventories and are responsible to maintain all records for par levels, discards and losses.
• You will prepare the monthly laundry reports and compare actual costs to budget/forecast.

What Youll Bring

• You’ll bring your unique personality and passion to the role and the team.
• You have a talent for problem solving, attention to detail and ability to quickly adapt to a constantly changing environment.
• As a detail orientated and hands on Team Player with strong interpersonal skills, you will be able to interact with all departments to ensure a cohesive working environment and to get things done.
• You will be passionate, dynamic and guest focused who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of guest service and provide creative solutions to our guests.
• You will be knowledgeable of PMS, payroll and purchasing systems.
• Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong guest service ethic.
• English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language.
• You will have a least 1 years experience in a similar position in a luxury 5 star brand, with some pre-opening experience. Middle East experience would be advantageous.
• You will have a relevant high school certificate and bring wealth of past experience working for luxury hotels.
