Job Summary

The Laundry Guest Responsible for providing exceptional guest laundry services by collecting, processing, tracking, and delivering guest garments in a timely, professional, and courteous manner. Ensure all garments are handled with the highest level of care, confidentiality, and attention to detail while maintaining The Meydan Hotel and Kerzner quality standards. Works closely with the Laundry, Housekeeping, and Front Office teams to deliver outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect guest laundry from guestrooms promptly upon request while maintaining a professional appearance and courteous attitude.
• Ensure laundry bags, invoices, and collection records are completed accurately
• Verify the laundry list with the guest garments and report any discrepancies before processing.
• Inspect garments for damages, missing buttons, stains, valuables, or special care requirements and notify the Team Leader immediately.
• Prioritize express and VIP laundry requests according to hotel procedures.
• Ensure all garments are correctly tagged and recorded before sending them for processing.
• Deliver guest laundry within the established turnaround time while ensuring garments are presented in excellent condition.
• Report lost-and-found items immediately in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Obtain guest acknowledgement upon delivery whenever required.

• Good knowledge of guest laundry procedures and textile handling.
• Ability to prioritize multiple guest requests while meeting deadlines.

• Physical stamina and ability to handle prolonged standing.
