Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Laundry Dry Cleaner to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Laundry Dry Cleaner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dry cleaning services to our valued customers while ensuring their garments are handled with the utmost care and attention.

• Operate and maintain dry cleaning equipment and machines
• Inspect garments for stains, damages, and specific cleaning requirements
• Apply appropriate cleaning methods and techniques based on fabric type and care instructions
• Remove stains using specialized products and techniques
• Press and finish cleaned garments to ensure a crisp, professional appearance
• Package cleaned items for customer pickup or delivery
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations
• Keep accurate records of cleaning processes and customer orders
  
  

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in dry cleaning or a related field
• Proficiency in dry cleaning techniques and equipment operation
• In-depth knowledge of fabric types and care instructions
• Expertise in stain removal and garment finishing
• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and supportive demeanor
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in dry cleaning (preferred)
• Ability to work in a warm climate
