About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Laundry Attendant – Linen and Laundry to join the resort’s Linen and Laundry team.

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Sort soiled linens and guest garments according to fabric type, color, and cleaning requirements.
• Operate washers, dryers, and pressing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Fold, hang, or package clean items as per standard procedures.
• Inspect items for damage or stains and report any issues to the Supervisor.
• Ensure proper use of cleaning agents and chemicals in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area at all times.
• Assist in the delivery and collection of laundry items to and from guest rooms, departments, or designated areas.
• Support inventory counts and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and infection control protocols.
• Handle guest laundry requests with care and attention to detail.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
  
  

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in laundry or housekeeping operations, ideally in a hotel or resort setting.
• Basic knowledge of textile care, stain removal, and garment handling.
• Ability to operate laundry equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and stand for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.
