Requirements

• Proven experience as a Landscaping Estimator or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, especially with numbers.
• Proficiency in estimating software such as PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with clients and vendors.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and drawings.
• Understanding of landscaping materials, techniques, and cost factors involved.
• Bachelor’s degree in Landscaping, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and project management tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in diverse team environments.
