As a Landscape Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and functional outdoor spaces that meet the needs and desires of clients. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical knowledge, and project management skills to effectively transform ideas into reality. You will be entrusted with designing landscapes that enhance the aesthetic and functional aspects of a given area while being sensitive to environmental and sustainability concerns. Responsibilities

• Develop and create innovative landscape designs that meet client needs and preferences.
• Conduct site analysis, including assessment of existing structures and vegetative elements.
• Prepare detailed project plans and drawings using computer-aided design software.
• Coordinate with architects and engineers to integrate landscape designs with structural elements.
• Oversee the execution of landscape plans and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Engage with clients to understand their vision and provide expert guidance on design choices.
• Source materials, plants, and other resources needed for project execution within budget constraints.
• Collaborate with environmental specialists to ensure sustainable and eco-friendly design practices.
• Prepare cost estimates and manage project budgets effectively to prevent overspending.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks on landscaping projects to ensure high standards.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in landscape design and management.
• Prepare and submit required documentation for project approval and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, or related field.
• A minimum of three years of experience working in landscape design or architecture.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) and other design software tools.
• Strong understanding of plant materials, horticulture, and sustainable design principles.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and project stakeholders.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines consistently.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
