Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all laboratory activities to ensure adherence to established quality standards and protocols.
  
• Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-cultural team, promoting effective communication and professional development.
  
• Implement and monitor operational efficiency initiatives to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  
• Oversee quality control measures, ensuring all gemological evaluations meet rigorous industry benchmarks.
  
• Facilitate cross-cultural coordination to support a diverse workforce and global operational needs.
  
• Maintain strict compliance with internal and external standards regarding laboratory safety and procedures.
  

• Possess 6 to 10 years of relevant work experience in laboratory management or a related field.
  
• Demonstrate proven expertise in team management and the ability to lead diverse, cross-cultural groups.
  
• Exhibit strong English communication skills suitable for professional and technical environments.
  
• Have hands-on experience with Quality Control and Standards implementation in a laboratory setting.
  
• Hold specific experience with GIA (Gemological Institute of America) protocols and standards.
  
• Show a track record of improving operational efficiency within technical or scientific operations.
  
• Possess a competitive salary expectation aligned with the market rate of ₹28 LPA.
