We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Primary KS2 Teacher to join our team immediately.

Located in the thriving Al Waha community, just off Emirates Road and neighbouring Dubailand, GEMS Metropole School – Al Waha is one of Dubai's newest and fastest-growing British curriculum schools. Opened in 2023, the school currently educates students from FS1 to Year 11, with an exciting Sixth Form opening in August 2027 as the next phase of its ambitious growth journey.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated KS2 teacher who is passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and creating an engaging, inclusive classroom environment. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the National Curriculum for England and be committed to supporting every child to achieve their full potential.

Skills Description

• A Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant subject, along with a recognised teaching qualification such as PGCE, B.Ed. or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the National Curriculum for England, particularly across Key Stage 2.
• Proven experience teaching within a primary school setting, ideally across KS2.
• A commitment to delivering outstanding teaching and learning and raising student achievement.
• The ability to plan and deliver engaging, creative and appropriately challenging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive, supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• A passion for inspiring, motivating and engaging children, with high expectations for behaviour and achievement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues and families.
• A collaborative approach and commitment to working effectively as part of a wider primary team.
• A commitment to contributing to the wider life of the school through enrichment activities, events and community engagement.
