The role

qlub is scaling fast across markets worldwide, and we look for people who take real ownership of their work. As our next Key Account Manager, you'll own a named portfolio of qlub's most strategic F&B groups: the multi-outlet chains and hospitality brands that drive the biggest share of our volume. You'll be the person those partners call first. You'll protect and grow the revenue in your book, build the joint plans that expand qlub across their outlets, and turn a payments vendor relationship into a real commercial partnership. What You'll Own

• Own a named portfolio of qlub's largest F&B groups, from executive sponsors down to store-level operators, and be the single point of accountability for their success.
• Hit retention and expansion targets across your book: grow GMV, drive adoption across new outlets and new products, and defend against churn.
• Build and run joint business plans and quarterly reviews with each key account, with clear goals, owners, and timelines both sides sign up to.
• Negotiate and manage commercials, renewals, and expansion terms that work for the partner and for qlub.
• Spot risk early. Adoption drops, quiet outlets, competitive pressure, and stalled rollouts get flagged and fixed before they become renewal conversations.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Operations, and Marketing to deliver joint initiatives, and bring your accounts' reality back into the product roadmap.
  
  

• You've done this before in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
• You move fast and make strong decisions with incomplete information.
• You take real ownership and think like an operator, not a coordinator.
• You're energized by hard problems in payments, hospitality, and customer experience.
  
  

• 4 to 6 years in key account management, strategic account management, or enterprise client management.
• Proven track record owning a portfolio of large, multi-location or enterprise accounts, with revenue retention and growth numbers you can talk through.
• Strong commercial acumen with negotiation, renewal, and contract management experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, including with C-level stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive insights and decisions.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, reporting tools, and Google Workspace.
• Fluency in English is a must.
  
  

• Experience in payments, fintech, hospitality tech, or a high-growth marketplace.
• Experience rolling out a product across a multi-outlet group or franchise network.
• Arabic language skills are a plus.
