About The Role

The Key Account Manager is responsible for generating revenue growth and profitability by selling Pharmacy Automation products, solutions, and services within the United Arab Emirates. He/she will be responsible for managing Dubai as a region.

The role focuses on identifying business opportunities, developing customer relationships, managing accounts, and delivering sales objectives while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities for Pharmacy Automation product and relevant stakeholders within assigned accounts and territories.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and solution-design teams to develop customer opportunities.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned with regional sales strategies.
• Achieve agreed annual sales, revenue, and growth targets
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers
• Manage complex multi-account agreements and negotiations
• Convert sales opportunities into profitable business outcomes.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM records.
• Collaborate across functions to deliver customer solutions and business growth.
  
  

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience with demonstrated career progression.
• Experience in key account management.
• Experience working in a multinational environment is preferred.
• Proven success in solution selling and managing complex sales cycles.
• Strong commercial and business acumen.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in territory planning and account management.
• Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50-70% of the time.
