Job Description

The role of a Key Account Manager – Middle East is pivotal in strengthening and expanding our market presence across the region. This position is primarily responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients while seeking opportunities to expand our client base within the Middle East. The Manager will serve as the primary liaison between the company and clients, ensuring that client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. The role requires a deep understanding of the market dynamics, customer behavior, cultural nuances, and business practices within the Middle East. This is a strategic position that demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen ability to negotiate and influence. Successful candidates will be expected to drive business growth through effective account management strategies, thereby building long-lasting relationships and achieving or exceeding company sales targets.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts within the Middle East region.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify potential new clients and partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies specific to regional needs.
  • Understand clients' business needs to offer solutions that maximize their success and satisfaction.
  • Plan and execute client meetings to review account progress and outline future strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize revenue and profit for the company.
  • Work with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of products or services to clients.
  • Monitor account performance to promptly address any concerns or areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and potential impact on our business.
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness in the region.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to junior team members for professional growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Extensive experience in the Middle East market with a deep understanding of cultural dynamics.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence and build trust with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value deals successfully.
  • Ability to analyze complex business situations and provide strategic solutions effectively.
  • Proficiency in English; proficiency in Arabic is considered a significant advantage.
