Job Description

As a Key Account Manager for the Middle East, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales strategies and enhancing relationships with key clients in the region. Your primary goal will be to serve as the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met while maximizing sales opportunities. You will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts, understanding market trends, and creating strategies to expand our market presence. You will also collaborate with various internal teams to ensure that our clients receive exceptional service and products. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Prepare and present strategic account plans to senior management to align with business goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing concerns promptly.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop proactive strategies.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of sales performance in the region.
  • Develop strategies to increase market share and promote brand visibility in the Middle East.
  • Organize and conduct regular business reviews with clients to align on objectives.
  • Assist in contract negotiations to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the company.
  • Stay informed of new product developments and relay relevant information to clients.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to execute focused campaigns and promotions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar sales role.
  • Strong understanding of the Middle Eastern market and cultural nuances.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Arabic are a plus.
  • Ability to analyze data and leverage it to make informed business decisions.
  • Willingness to travel within the Middle East to meet with clients as required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
