Key Account Manager IMEA (m/f/d)

Your seat to fill:


  • Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with key accounts.
  • Ensure continuous sales growth by developing profitable business with assigned accounts and acquiring new customers.
  • Organize annual sales meetings to identify and establish high-potential customers.
  • Provide ongoing support to high-value clients, ensuring premium customer service across the full product range.
  • Identify new categories of opportunities and relay insights to Product Management.
  • Participate in account-related marketing activities as required.
  • Plan, agree on, and execute marketing initiatives with customers (POS, print, online).
  • Conduct regular visits to existing accounts and new prospective customers.
  • Inform all assigned accounts about new products and services, recommending suitable solutions aligned with their business needs.
  • Ensure strong internal coordination and collaboration with KAM, Sales Force, National Marketing, Commercial Controlling, and Logistics

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Few years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing key accounts successfully
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Commercially driven with solid business and financial acumen
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify market and category opportunities
  • Experience in planning and executing trade marketing and promotional activities (POS, print, online)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic. Other languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel
