Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development and implementation of sales plans and goals for each key account.
  • Ensure that sales and profitability targets are met or exceeded by effective account management.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to the needs of key accounts.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry developments and competitive dynamics in the FMCG sector.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to support brand and product penetration within key accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is required.
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager in the FMCG industry is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends effectively.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with proficiency in managing complex relationships.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
