Job Description

The Key Account Executive plays a vital role in managing and nurturing relationships with high-value clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. This position involves developing and maintaining strategic partnerships that contribute significantly to the company's revenue and growth objectives. As the Key Account Executive, you will collaborate closely with various departments, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align client goals with company offerings. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify client needs and provide solutions tailored to their specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on clients’ strategic objectives and targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and achieve strategic goals.
  • Monitor key account performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell company products and services.
  • Conduct regular meetings with key clients to review goals and developments.
  • Provide excellent client service by addressing and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and new products to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Maintain accurate account information and client feedback in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with marketing to align promotional activities with client needs.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to achieve planned objectives and sales quotas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Executive or in a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret sales data to make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while focusing on achieving individual client targets.
