Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key client accounts, ensuring client retention.
  • Identify new opportunities within existing accounts to drive sustainable growth and expansion.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Regularly update and report on key account performance and potential growth areas.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Participate in contract negotiations and manage service agreements to benefit both parties.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
  • Provide input into product development to meet client expectations and market demands.
  • Implement strategic account plans and ensure results align with client and business objectives.
  • Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to support client decision-making processes.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts efficiently to maintain strong client relationships.
  • Continuously improve knowledge of industry and market trends to offer value-added solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in account management or sales roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing key client relationships and delivering results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage conflict and deliver win-win solutions for clients.
