• Welcome and take our guests on a journey to Italy, making every moment of service warm and convivial.
• Have a perfect knowledge of the restaurant menu (products and wines) to guide and advise guests in their choices.
• Use sales techniques to optimize the average check and contribute to the restaurant’s economic performance.
